My name is Austin Hammond, and I am 18 years old and from southwest Florida. Since the age of 9, I have been motivated by the world of technology and have been tinkering and exploring new possibilities. This passion has fueled my journey as an aspiring IT professional. I am excited to continue learning and sharing this experience with others that suit my passion and enthusiasm for technology.

I just recently graduated from North Port High School with a 3.3 GPA. I was also dual-enrolled at Suncoast Technical College, attending Computer Science Information Technology (CSIT). In the last 2 years, I have been able to achieve 4 certifications and have built home labs and projects ranging from tinkering with Raspberry Pi's to user control with Active Directory to deploying VMware.

What's for the Future?

My goal is to secure a position in cybersecurity, where I can apply my skills to protect and enhance security. I am fully committed to continuously learn about technology and obtaining more certifications to help me throughout my career. I aim to be the best at what I do and become a leading expert in the field. I look forward to contributing to a safer digital world.

I studied for a full year at Suncoast Technical College and have a great understanding of essential IT concepts, including hardware, networking, operating systems, security, and troubleshooting

My last year at Suncoast Technical College i studied CompTIA's Network+ where i have demonstrated proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting both wired and wireless networks. I gained expertise in essential networking concepts, including protocols, standards, and network security. Additionally, I have developed the ability to implement critical network operations and understand the infrastructure necessary to support organizational IT environments

The Information Technology Specialist Device and Configuration Management certification has improved my skills to manage and install hardware and software solutions. It covers many topics like device configuration, maintenance, operating systems, network integration, and security protocols.

The Information Technology Specialist Certification has helped me develop and have a stronger understanding for foundational principles of network configuration, management, and troubleshooting. This exam covers essential networking concepts needed to succeed in my IT career.
